Sermons on the end times and antichrist, the saints, theology, sedevacantism, the novus ordo and Vatican II... Traditionalcatholicsermons.org, Sedevacantism Conference 2006, Strobertbellarmine.net/2006_debate/sungenis_debate the debate for truth is John Lane sedevacantist vs. post conciliar anti-sedevacantist Robert Sungenis. Christorchaos.com/Debatingpasteachother.htm four audios explained by Bishop Mark A. Pivarunas. More information on these issues of sedevacantism can be found on NovusOrdowatch.org, CMRI.ORG, TraditionalMass.org, Sedevacantist.org. With respect to some traditionalists that believe they can be loyal to the Vatican and maintain the Latin Mass and not follow Vatican II, I must dissent from such point of view. It as a position any true traditionalist must take in order to be faithful to the Roman Catholic Church, the pre-conciliar doctrines, dogma, heaven and to the Godhead in the name of Jesus Christ. Sede vacante traditionalists do have Rome as the seat of Peter. They adhere to the only Mass since the new "mass" is not true. We adhere to Peter and real popes and authority prior to Vatican II new popes and its demonic heretical college of cardinals and body of bishops. We adhere not to novus ordo clergy either. Until Christ comes again to destroy those heretics who have placed themselves in the Vatican, the Office and Chair of Peter and its numerous followers, advocates, promoters and the ignorant who are many, we have to go against them and follow the truth in the knowledge we have of the Church.

There are three points in which the term sede vacante (sedevacantism) exists. They are when a pope dies, in which the longest time the seat was empty was nearly three years. When a pope resigns for whatever reason which occurred once at least in the history of the church. And the stumbling block of those who are anti-sedevacantists is when a pope who was a mason, heretic of formal or manifest heresy or falls into this heresy is no longer catholic, is ipso facto excommunicated and not a member of the church. There is nothing to figure out here. It is black and white. The indefectible church and the seat of Peter continue with or without a vicar of Christ sitting in that chair. The occupant is not Peter first of all, nor is he the one who can end or keep the church visible or continuing. It is Christ and the Spirit of God that breath life into the church not the man who occupies the office or chair to serve Christ.

If the new doctrines of Vatican II are still the indefectible and infallible church and the non-catholic liturgy and its prayers are what forms the new mass, then what is the Tridentine Mass, the Tridentine sacraments and the twenty previous councils that new church ignores, abrogates or contradicts? If the new church is the one true church then Christ changes and men don't. If new church is new she cannot be true, for Christ always was, is and will continue with or without the new church and its heretics. If the church has a body of heretics and its head is a heretic, then is Christ a heretic? One cannot be for they are opposed so what is of Christ that was must be the faith and the few in the Church He established. This church is not fallible or cannot be made to fit the requirements of the world. If the usurper of the seat of Peter is unfit to shepherd, he then is a thief and a robber. He steals souls from Christ. He is anti-christ. For those who say a pope or a prelate cannot be attacked they are wrong, for if they are heretics and in schism with Christ they are not His priests. I do not say attack priests including novus ordo. I do say if they are heretics and leading souls astray or an abomination to the true church they may be warned, we may fight verbally with them and we are given authority to fight and resist and let them be known from the rooftops. Let us not attack for issues that are not of the catholic faith and of the teachings of the church and Christ. Such as to attack in writing or word a priest because he is homosexual or slept with a woman is not our place for it is not the faith as an issue. Foolish people even in traditional chapels, you don't know what your talking about in many issues. If a true priest is in error, that is one who upholds the doctrines and has not sold out for the new church, they may be corrected and warned by others, for this is spiritual works of mercy, lest the priest fall and make a bad mistake such as uniting with the heretics in the Vatican II church. I tell you again whoever you are in traditional circles, you may not join or negotiate with the new church and be on her false ark. You better be on the one ark of salvation in the Roman Catholic Church or you shall die.

Take sides as we have and draw the line. Truth cannot be with the lie, the false prophets, false worshippers, false teachers and the false authority of the dogs inside the new order church. You cannot have filial or any devotion to the Vatican and its false religion, council and mess of a worship service and say at the same time you are faithful to Christ. This is self-deception. I have read enough from the traditional sources on this to form a fact-finding conclusion. None of us have all the answers. But if you want to follow heretics in the Vatican and heretic popes, heretical cardinals, bishops and clergy, you will be a heretic also and a conspirator, accomplice or an accessory to mortal sins, an attack of the true church which is not that visible to the world. There are different levels of hell and if you follow heresies you will end up in one of the levels of eternal damnation. You cannot be loyal to heretics of any sort and since the post council church is full of heretics and its heads are heretics you must depart from them for being united with adulterers makes you an accomplice to the adultery against Christ and His Church. The new popes and new hierarchy did not keep their promise to the true faith, to the oath against modernism or to the deposit of the faith that we know. The new popes after Paul abrogating the papal oath and the oath against modernism and enforcing new rites for all clergy and laity is an anti-pope. That anti-pope is a child of the devil and the offspring of the devil sits on the seat of Peter with the new popes who know all these earlier truths. Is it possible to be a sedevacantist and still be faithful to the Church? If I take a position that says I am one of the sede vacante's for those who are just learning the truth, in Latin the seat of Peter is vacant because of heresies of the conclave since John XXIII, the college of cardinals who joined in at Vatican II and prior that were already heretics and masons are not valid but illegitimate, nor are they children of God. Can any group of catholics or individuals make a pope to replace the heretic pope? No we cannot do that, but in the same time we can hold the office or chair of Peter is vacant. St. Peter and the successor Popes would not have done all the evil and masonic modern liberal things these Vatican II popes did or do. They lived by heresy and false doctrine, they died by it. They separated themselves from the church of Christ, we who take a position up to the level of saying the popes of Vatican II are not licit and valid. We also can determine based on the Douay text scriptures, not the New American Bible that novus ordo catholics use in their "celebrations" and use. Our argument is supported. We have the teachings of the church, real popes, saints, doctors of the church to support this necessary position. We have the moral and natural law to support it. I will attempt not to repeat my argument or point of view on this since in my websites I have given you facts from many sources to form the basis that I take.

So if a heretic pope does something good or right, we acknowledge he and a manifest heretical body of bishops and the manifest, material or formal heretics in the college of cardinals can be right on doctrines, issues of morality or whatever the issue, case or argument may be. That does not make them valid or licit. For you are no Catholic if you are a manifest or a material heretic, at least not a true catholic. The hierarchy that supported and continues to support heresies, masonry, ecumenism, religious freedom and modernism is not catholic. That must extend to the papacy. Christ and the Holy Ghost and His spirit cannot err or choose evil or anything contrary to His will. He gave no such authority to rebuild a new church or to contradict His church of pre-council times. He gave no such authority to teach a new gospel or new catholicism which is what V 2 and the novus ordo is. This magisterium is a false heretical church that sometimes uses the previous teachings of the church and sometimes does good. It is based on moral and natural law. So do the pagans and the heathens do such. Even Jews, atheists, protestants do good and obey the natural and moral law. If a heretic pope or heretic bishop says I teach you this from the doctors of the church I say listen but is he telling you anything already that is not there? Obey the church of 1958 and before and acknowledge the seat of Peter at the death of Pius XII. If something came later that was new but does not contradict earlier truths of the church obey, but if not in traditional teaching there is a new thing in the church about morality, church canon, law and doctrine, don't accept it. That is a sedevacantist position but not a rigorous position. I cannot agree to making my own pope who must be in Rome. I cannot agree to saying a pope was elected or put in the position from another traditional source who upholds the teaching of the church in doctrine and in the Mass but you cannot agree there has been a pope who is valid or licit since Pius XII. Why is John XXIII not the pope? I have pointed that out to you and so have many sites in what the magisterium consists of.

The post conciliar church are good at lying, deceiving and attacking traditionalists. Archbishop Lefebvre has always been one of their targets with their dirty ways to cover up the truth since he did not go along with them at Vatican II and later started the Society of St. Pius X. The Society and all the Latin Rite priests are attacked and criticized for upholding the true rites and Mass. Was Paul VI correct on Humanae Vitae? Mostly. Do I argue the moral and natural law of it? No, I agree but that does not mean the Holy Ghost guided him. But even then is it possible the Spirit of God can sometimes guide and at other times the spirit of the devil also guide? Surely, people including any pope or alleged pope in Rome can have the devil in them. Is Vatican II based on all the elements of the magisterium where it must be obeyed? The source of confusion started with Vatican II unlike any other council. This church of wolves in sheep's clothing has made every excuse to explain what the church is and what it can do. I have had to see what they do in many Vatican II churches in over 275 parishes by checking out some of the things they do in the novus ordo and its laity, the teachings of the new church, and it is not of the Holy Ghost. Most of what is being done is not catholic but elements of truth of catholicism still exists in many of these parishes. But can the Holy Ghost co-exist with the spirit of evil and of demons? No. The Spirit is not involved with error or evil. People including demonic popes are. Was Paul abducted? No probably not. He was one of a succession of anti-popes that was predicted to spread error. It is in line with Christ allowing evil and permitting the evil of men to choose Him or themselves. They have chosen many times the spirit of the world as most people have done. The church is living but she cannot err. She cannot update to form new teachings if they are not of faith and morals. She remains true to Christ. Popes or anti-popes do not. Paul was correct in issuing certain laws of the church. But those laws including birth control already existed. Protestants of some churches and other religions also believe and teach issues of faith and morals. You cannot be loyal to the Vatican II church and loyal to Christ at the same time since the evil and error over-rule the truth, the former church and the Mass of All Time for the new "mass" which embraces ideas of protestantism, Judaism or any other new concept the Tridentine Mass was built on. To deny the church prior to its infallible unmovable stance on morals, faith, doctrines is to not be catholic. All the popes of Vatican II did this, so they are not valid or licit popes. Lies and rumors went around declaring John Paul II was embraced by our heavenly mother. This new order deception is pathetic. After he was assassinated he knew he could have been killed. It was a warning from heaven for his errors, yet he did attempt to do some good but he also continued his heresies. He was a sneak and deceiver at Vatican II and so was Benedict XVI. John Paul looked like a trickster from his earlier days of being a priest, bishop and cardinal. Even in his days of being chosen as pope by heretic cardinals he was a wolf disguised more than his three predecessors.

When a lie or deception starts it can only get worse. It is now too late for the Vatican and the dogs in it including Benedict to stop the evil they started. Many of these bishops of Vatican II are conspirators. I note that many catholics will agree that there are many evil or bad bishops, bad priests and the problems are the people in the church. But nobody in the novus ordo church wants to say things about the popes or those who pretend to be the Pope in Rome. I do and many traditionalists do. Not so much just for the sake of tradition and the use of Latin either. Sure they are required. But it goes much further than those matters. As John XXIII and Paul VI were elected by evil conclaves and Siri was threatened to vacate his seat back then, the devil and his workers of iniquity were able to get these anti-popes elected and to reign on the seat of Peter. John Paul I died too quickly to issue an argument against him. Was he an anti-pope? Since he was a believer and obedient to Vatican II he was an anti-pope. Could things have changed? We don't know. John Paul II is always my main focus of the false pope of "hope". He was good at pretending, in fact he was good at most things. He spoke many languages, he excelled in many ways intellectually. He knew the true teachings of the church. He along with Benedict were theologians. All these false leaders prior to Paul VI removing the valid rites of the church, the sacraments in their earlier form, and the oaths that existed shows you that they started a new church and divorced the Bride of Christ. She was too pure, too good for them and if they didn't like her purity they married a new bride who was younger and new. This new bride wears high heels and puts on lipstick and makeup. She even uses hairpieces, perfume and wears nice dresses. The new church of false popes and false hopes that can lead the obedient faithful to hell in a spirit of denial and ignorance. Because they refuse to find out the truth and admit these popes and bishops were devils and not of God. All these leaders were taught one thing but tossed it away to teach a new doctrine and a new gospel contradicting the former one. So they have to make it look like the Holy Spirit wanted this and inspired them to do evil. It is a sin against the faith and against the Holy Ghost. So they give you lies and a new feel's and looks good enough church to keep you silent and obedient to them and claim you are lead by the Spirit. Those who resist and attack it are against the magisterium and the Holy Ghost. Are we really against the Holy Ghost or just the false leaders and false priests of the new order who certainly don't have the spirit of truth in them?

The ongoing scandal, schism, anti-church continue to lead many astray. We cannot be a part of it and must leave this new false church. It is not and can never be catholic since it denies too many truths and it denies the Mass. It does not focus on the Cross as the center of the faith but more on the redemption without sacrifice. Its leaders teach this. Do they still focus on the cross? Enough to keep some from being disobedient. I am one of many who are disobedient and will continue to be to this magisterium of Vatican II. I want the former church and the Tridentine rites back that I know are Catholic. I am not taking chances on what these dogs in Rome or in the new church forced on us. Can the Catholic Church exist for 50 years without a valid pope? Yes and these are the facts after the deceptions of 1958 and John opening the window up in 1959 to let some fresh air in the church; business continued as usual. It just is that anti-popes and anti-bishops have taken over now. The Holy Spirit no longer guides this church but despite the following 40 plus years of a new church that has forced its new authority on those who seek to stay with her new teachings it still exists since Christ as I have told you is loyal and remains with us even if we have no valid popes. They are the imposters the modernists and they are the enemy of the church. St. Pius X said it and the popes of the nineteenth century saw it coming and warned us.

The popes of the twentieth century prior to John in 1958 warned us and kept it out. Fresh air John XXIII changed it all since the holiness of the saints and the use of the Mass of the church and its doctrines were stale. "I like the new church because I am liberal, a modernist and a mason. I like novelties and new ideas. I have my own doctrine also and I justify my sins and I also don't need to go to confession. I don't even need to go to church. I am a novus ordo catholic and I am going to heaven". Lets tell everyone with love and fresh air its a nice day and you are also going to heaven, you can worship in your religions and don't have to join the catholic church. The pope of hope, he no lie. Everyone loves a charismatic pope who sells them what they want and not what Christ wants. Who are the faithful? You cannot follow this new church and be faithful to Christ. The truth of the gates of hell not prevailing against the Church consists of those who remain faithful to Christ, His teachings, His sacraments and His infallible unchangeable Bride. It is possible for the Church founded by Jesus Christ and given to Peter and the apostles to still exist without a hierarchy of devils or with heretics in authority in Rome, the chair of Peter and in high places in the many diocese'? It is in those who said we resist you false dogs and we will continue on with what has been given to us from the predecessors who upheld it. But we have no true pope presently to guide us so the only way we can go on is Christ and the Holy Ghost guiding us. Heaven and the saints will guide us. The angels will guide us. The infallible authority that existed at the time of Pius XII back to Peter is the True Church. We have that authority and we need no updates or newness and false teachers to guide us or tell us. I shall not be a heretic by obeying a heretic. Go and pray with the Jews and protestants with Benedict and the novus ordo. I will pray with other traditional catholics. At least we know even if we all die and even one still exists to carry this Church on there is a True Catholic Church that exists in its teaching truths. Its authority and its author is Jesus Christ who gave the authority to those who obey Him as Peter did. Don't take the position in word or in secret that you are loyal to Rome when Rome is now the center of deception in order to allow the devil to fool many in the world and in the Catholic Church on the traditional side as well as the new council new order church. It is anti-christ to pursue a harlot who says it is good to listen to false leaders and to obey them but not the historic truths which cannot be denied. That is impugning the known truth and there are eternal consequences for the many that follow after the harlot in the new order modern catholic church. You cannot negotiate with heretics, you can not associate with the hierarchy of devils and false priests. That is unfortunate we have to take a sedevacantist position and specify the church has not had a valid pope since 1958 or valid bishops if they followed this new leadership. Is Peter still the rock and the head, the first Pope? Yes, of course. Have there been bad popes and anti-popes in the history of the church? Yes. Is this different in Vatican II? Yes, because in the first time in history the church had always followed strict doctrines on faith and morals. Vatican II and the novus ordo are lax and not adhering to the predecessor popes, the bishops who held the truth, the saints and the doctors of the church and sacred scripture. The new church has cited scriptures with modernism or false interpretations and call out the names of saints, angels, venerables, holy priests such as John Neumann, St. John Bosco, St. Louis de Montfort and many others but twisted their teachings and writings into their own. All the post council leaders and its popes did this and gave you enough to fool you since they also upheld some truths that were traditionally handed down to us through the Magisterium of the Holy Unchangeable Living Unflexible Body Of The Church. They have given you false hopes and proposition your souls.

If the prophecies are fulfilled they have already started and the winnowing fan of Christ shall certainly reap where it did not sow inside His Church. It must come to pass where the spirit of anti-christ takes place inside the church as well as the world to cause a division. One division will be false the other true and no middle ground will save the soul of the confused, obedient to false church authority. This same false church says obey civil authority. All authority is from God. So God in their terms has given authority to the governments, FBI to protect abortionists, protect pornography, protect evil politicians and judges, protect evil people and evil deeds but to punish those who fight evil. Vatican II and the new order want you to obey civil authority. But such authority is not of God. The Vatican and its loyal clergy and laity attack traditional teachings and the Latin Mass. They attack anyone that is against its idol pope, the spirit of the devil Vatican II and the masons modern new order mass of Paul VI. St. John Vianney and the true holy catholics of long ago would have fought vigorously these devils inside the church. Even if they would have been murdered or imprisoned. If this false church and all it has done would have occurred in earlier times of the church these so called popes and bishops would have been excommunicated, lynched, thrown into dungeons or assassinated. Sedevacantism while is not something that seems apparent until Vatican II would actually have existed if such a diabolical plan and council took place. We say this would have never happened prior to its time. For there is a time and a place for evil to take place. That evil took place when they got their first anti-pope in to fulfill the mission of freemasonry and liberalism in the church in the fresh air church. How "refreshing" John, that is why you are probably burning in one of the hotter places in hell. If at the time of St. Joan of Arc or the Council of Trent this attempt would have been made, the saints and holy members would have killed St. Pius V or those who attempted to force such diabolical teachings.

Four Doctors of the Church regarding defection from the Faith by a Pope.

St. Robert Bellarmine:"For, in the first place, it is proven with arguments from authority and from reason that the manifest heretic is "ipso facto" deposed."

St. Robert Bellarmine, "De Romano Pontifice", ("On the Roman Pontiff"), liber II, caput 30:

"For, in the first place, it is proven with arguments from authority and from reason that the manifest heretic is "ipso facto" deposed. The argument from authority is based on St. Paul (Titus, c. 3), who orders that the heretic be avoided after two warnings, that is, after showing himself to be manifestly obstinate - which means before any excommunication or judicial sentence. And this is what St. Jerome writes, adding that the other sinners are excluded from the Church by sentence of excommunication, but the heretics exile themselves and separate themselves by their own act from the body of Christ. Now, a Pope who remains Pope cannot be avoided, for how could we be required to avoid our own head? How can we separate ourselves from a member united to us?

"This principle is most certain. The non-Christian cannot in any way be Pope, as Cajetan himself admits (ib. c. 26). The reason for this is that he cannot be head of what he is not a member; now he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian, as is clearly taught by St. Cyprian (lib. 4, epist. 2), St. Athanasius (Scr. 2 cont. Arian.), St. Augustine (lib. de great. Christ. cap. 20), St. Jerome (contra Lucifer.) and others; therefore the manifest heretic cannot be Pope.

"Therefore, the true opinion is the fifth, according to which the Pope who is manifestly a heretic ceases by himself to be Pope and head, in the same way as he ceases to be a Christian and a member of the body of the Church; and for this reason he can be judged and punished by the Church. This is the opinion of all the ancient Fathers, who teach that manifest heretics immediately lose all jurisdiction.

Fundamentum hujus sententiae est. quoniam haereticus manifestos nullo modo est membrum Ecclesiae, idest, neque animo neque corpore, sive neque unione interna, neque externa.

"The foundation of this argument is that the manifest heretic is not in any way a member of the Church, that is, neither spiritually nor corporally, which signifies that he is not such by internal union nor by external union.

St. Alphonsus de Liguori on the fate of a heretical pope:

"Del resto, si Dio permettesse che un papa fosse notoriamente eretico e contumace, egli cesserebbe d'essere papa, e vacherebbe il pontificato."

--"Verita della Fede", part 3, ch. 8, no. 10.
In: Opere dommatiche di S. Alfonso de Liguori (Torino, G. Marietti, 1848), p. 720. (Opere di S. Alfonso Maria de Liguori, v. 8)

"For the rest, if God should permit that a Pope should become a notorious and contumacious heretic, he would cease to be Pope, and the pontificate would be vacant."

St. Francis de Sales on papal infallibility and heresy:

St. Francis de Sales, The Catholic Controversy (Tan Books), p. 388 (part II, art. VI, ch. 14)

"Under the ancient law the High Priest did not wear the Rational except when he was vested in the pontifical robes and was entering before the Lord. Thus we do not say that the Pope cannot err in his private opinions, as did John XXII; or be altogether a heretic, as perhaps Honorius was. Now when he is explicitly a heretic, he falls ipso facto from his dignity out of the Church, and the Church must either deprive him, as some say, or declare him deprived, of his Apostolic See, and must say as St. Peter did: Let another take his bishopric (Acts I). When he errs in his private opinion he must be instructed, advised, convinced; as happened with John XXII, who was so far from dying obstinate or from determining anything during his life concerning his opinion, that he died whilest he was making the examination which is necessary for determining in a matter of faith, as his successor declared in the Extravagantes which begins Benedictus Deus." (Ib. p. 305-306)

St. Thomas Aquinas on loss of jurisdiction by heretics:
Summa, 2a 2ae, q. 39, art. 3. (Utrum schismatici habeant aliquam potestatem)

"...Potestas autem iurisdictionis est quae ex simplici iniunctione hominis confertur; et talis potestas non immobiliter adhaeret; unde in schismaticis et haereticis non manet; unde non possunt nec absolvere, nec excommunicare, nec indulgentias facere, aut aliquid huiusmodi; quod si fecerint, nihil est actum."

(Whether schismatics have any power.)
"...The power of jurisdiction, however [as opposed to the power of Orders, which he has just discussed], is that [power] which is conferred simply by the injunction of man; and this power does not adhere immovably; therefore it does not remain in schismatics and heretics. Hence they can neither absolve, nor excommunicate, nor grant indulgences, or anything of this sort. If they do this, the act is null."

On the Roman Pontiff
an extract from

St. Robert Bellarmine, De Romano Pontifice, lib. II, cap. 30.
While it is true that St. Robert Bellarmine thought it impossible that a pope could ever lose the faith and hence the papacy, he considered this opinion not theologically certain. For this reason he proceeded to examine the question of what would happen were a pope to become a heretic. The following extract from his treatise on the papacy deals with this question. It should be noted that in the spirit of Christian humility we ought not to go against the mind of any Doctor of the Universal Church without very grave reasons (if ever). Hence it is preferable to hold that the manifest heretics John Paul II and Paul VI were never popes at all, being non-Catholics from before their "election" and thus not valid matter for the papacy to begin with.
"The fourth opinion is that of Cajetan, for whom (de auctor. papae et con., cap. 20 et 21) the manifestly heretical Pope is not "ipso facto" deposed, but can and must be deposed by the Church. To my judgment, this opinion cannot be defended. For, in the first place, it is proven with arguments from authority and from reason that the manifest heretic is "ipso facto" deposed.
"To this Cajetan responds (in Apol. pro tract. praedicto cap. 25 et in ipso tract. cap. 22) that the heretic is not a Christian "simpliciter" [i.e. without qualification, or absolutely], but is one "secundum quid" [i.e. in a qualified or relative sense]. For, granted that two things constitute the Christian - the faith and the [baptismal] character - the heretic, having lost the faith, is still in some way united to the Church and is capable of jurisdiction; therefore, he is also Pope, but ought to be removed, since he is disposed, with ultimate disposition, to cease to be Pope: as the man who is still not dead but is "in extremis" [at the point of death].
"Against this: in the first place, if the heretic remained, "in actu" [actually], united to the Church in virtue of the character, he would never be able to be cut or separated from her "in actu", for the character is indelible. But there is no one who denies that some people may be separated "in actu" from the Church. Therefore, the character does not make the heretic be "in actu" in the Church, but is only a sign that he was in the Church and that he must return to her. Analogously, when a sheep wanders lost in the mountains, the mark impressed on it does not make it be in the fold, but indicates from which fold it had fled and to which fold it ought to be brought back. This truth has a confirmation in St. Thomas who says (Summ. Theol. III, q. 8, a. 3) that those who do not have the faith are not united "in actu" to Christ, but only potentially - and St. Thomas here refers to the internal union, and not to the external which is produced by the confession of faith and visible signs. Therefore, as the character is something internal, and not external, according to St. Thomas the character alone does not unite a man, "in actu," to Christ.
"Further against the argument of Cajetan: either faith is a disposition necessary "simpliciter" for someone to be Pope, or it is only necessary for someone to be a good Pope ["ad bene esse," to exist well, to be good, as opposed to simply existing]. In the first hypothesis, in case this disposition be eliminated by the contrary disposition, which is heresy, the Pope immediately ceases to be Pope: for the form cannot maintain itself without the necessary dispositions. In the second hypothesis, the Pope cannot be deposed by reason of heresy, for otherwise he would also have to be deposed for ignorance, immorality, and other similar causes, which impede the knowledge, the morality, and the other dispositions necessary for him to be a good Pope ("ad bene esse papae"). In addition to this, Cajetan recognises (tract. praed., ca. 26) that the Pope cannot be deposed for the lack of dispositions necessary, not "simpliciter", but only "ad bene esse."
"To this, Cajetan responds that faith is a disposition necessary "simpliciter", but partial, and not total; and that, therefore, even if his faith disappears he can still continue being Pope, by reason of the other part of the disposition, the character, which still endures.
"Against this argument: either the total disposition, constituted by the character and by faith, is necessary "simpliciter," or it is not, the partial disposition then being sufficient. In the first hypothesis, the faith disappearing there no longer remains the disposition "simpliciter" necessary, for the disposition "simpliciter" necessary was the total, and the total no longer exists. In the second hypothesis, the faith is only necessary "ad bene esse", and therefore its absence does not justify the deposition of the Pope. In addition to this, what finds itself in the ultimate disposition to death, immediately thereafter ceases to exist, without the intervention of any other external force, as is obvious; therefore, also the Pope heretic ceases to be Pope by himself, without any deposition.
"Finally, the Holy Fathers teach unanimously not only that heretics are outside of the Church, but also that they are "ipso facto" deprived of all ecclesiastical jurisdiction and dignity. St. Cyprian (lib. 2, epist. 6) says: 'We affirm that absolutely no heretic or schismatic has any power or right'; and he also teaches (lib. 2, epist. 1) that the heretics who return to the Church must be received as laymen, even though they have been formerly priests or bishops in the Church. St. Optatus (lib. 1 cont. Parmen.) teaches that heretics and schismatics cannot have the keys of the kingdom of heaven, nor bind nor loose. St. Ambrose (lib. 1 de poenit., ca. 2), St. Augustine (in Enchir., cap 65), St. Jerome (lib. cont. Lucifer.) teach the same.
"Pope St. Celestine I (epist. ad Jo. Antioch., which appears in Conc. Ephes., tom. I, cap. 19) wrote: 'It is evident that he [who has been excommunicated by Nestorius] has remained and remains in communion with us, and that we do not consider destituted [i.e. deprived of office, by judgment of Nestorius], anyone who has been excommunicated or deprived of his charge, either episcopal or clerical, by Bishop Nestorius or by the others who followed him, after they commenced preaching heresy. For he who had already shown himself as deserving to be excommunicated, could not excommunicate anyone by his sentence.'
"And in a letter to the clergy of Constantinople, Pope St. Celestine I says: 'The authority of Our Apostolic See has determined that the bishop, cleric, or simple Christian who had been deposed or excommunicated by Nestorius or his followers, after the latter began to preach heresy shall not be considered deposed or excommunicated. For he who had defected from the faith with such preachings, cannot depose or remove anyone whatsoever.'
"St. Nicholas I (epist. ad Michael) repeats and confirms the same. Finally, St. Thomas also teaches (S. Theol., II-II, q. 39, a. 3) that schismatics immediately lose all jurisdiction, and that anything they try to do on the basis of any jurisdiction will be null.
"There is no basis for that which some respond to this: that these Fathers based themselves on ancient law, while nowadays, by decree of the Council of Constance, they alone lose their jurisdiction who are excommunicated by name or who assault clerics. This argument, I say, has no value at all, for those Fathers, in affirming that heretics lose jurisdiction, did not cite any human law, which furthermore perhaps did not exist in relation to the matter, but argued on the basis of the very nature of heresy. The Council of Constance only deals with the excommunicated, that is, those who have lost jurisdiction by sentence of the Church, while heretics already before being excommunicated are outside the Church and deprived of all jurisdiction. For they have already been condemned by their own sentence, as the Apostle teaches (Tit. 3:10-11), that is, they have been cut off from the body of the Church without excommunication, as St. Jerome affirms.
"Besides that, the second affirmation of Cajetan, that the Pope heretic can be truly and authoritatively deposed by the Church, is no less false than the first. For if the Church deposes the Pope against his will it is certainly above the Pope; however, Cajetan himself defends, in the same treatise, the contrary of this. Cajetan responds that the Church, in deposing the Pope, does not have authority over the Pope, but only over the link that unites the person to the pontificate. In the same way that the Church in uniting the pontificate to such a person, is not, because of this, above the Pontiff, so also the Church can separate the pontificate from such a person in case of heresy, without saying that it is above the Pope.
"But contrary to this it must be observed in the first place that, from the fact that the Pope deposes bishops, it is deduced that the Pope is above all the bishops, though the Pope on deposing a bishop does not destroy the episcopal jurisdiction, but only separates it from that person. In the second place, to depose anyone from the pontificate against the will of the deposed, is without doubt punishing him; however, to punish is proper to a superior or to a judge. In the third place, given that according to Cajetan and the other Thomists, in reality the whole and the parts taken as a whole are the same thing, he who has authority over the parts taken as a whole, being able to separate them one from another, has also authority over the whole itself which is constituted by those parts.
"The example of the electors, who have the power to designate a certain person for the pontificate, without however having power over the Pope, given by Cajetan, is also destitute of value. For when something is being made, the action is exercised over the matter of the future thing, and not over the composite, which does not yet exist, but when a thing is destroyed, the action is exercised over the composite, as becomes patent on consideration of the things of nature. Therefore, on creating the Pontiff, the Cardinals do not exercise their authority over the Pontiff for he does not yet exist, but over the matter, that is, over the person who by the election becomes disposed to receive the pontificate from God. But if they deposed the Pontiff, they would necessarily exercise authority over the composite, that is, over the person endowed with the pontifical power, that is, over the Pontiff.
"Therefore, the true opinion is the fifth, according to which the Pope who is manifestly a heretic ceases by himself to be Pope and head, in the same way as he ceases to be a Christian and a member of the body of the Church; and for this reason he can be judged and punished by the Church. This is the opinion of all the ancient Fathers, who teach that manifest heretics immediately lose all jurisdiction, and outstandingly that of St. Cyprian (lib. 4, epist. 2) who speaks as follows of Novatian, who was Pope [i.e. antipope] in the schism which occurred during the pontificate of St. Cornelius: 'He would not be able to retain the episcopate [i.e. of Rome], and, if he was made bishop before, he separated himself from the body of those who were, like him, bishops, and from the unity of the Church.'
According to what St. Cyprian affirms in this passage, even had Novatian been the true and legitimate Pope, he would have automatically fallen from the pontificate, if he separated himself from the Church.
"This is the opinion of great recent doctors, as John Driedo (lib. 4 de Script. et dogmat. Eccles., cap. 2, par. 2, sent. 2), who teaches that only they separate themselves from the Church who are expelled, like the excommunicated, and those who depart by themselves from her or oppose her, as heretics and schismatics. And in his seventh affirmation, he maintains that in those who turn away from the Church, there remains absolutely no spiritual power over those who are in the Church. Melchior Cano says the same (lib. 4 de loc., cap. 2), teaching that heretics are neither parts nor members of the Church, and that it cannot even be conceived that anyone could be head and Pope, without being member and part (cap. ult. ad argument. 12). And he teaches in the same place, in plain words, that occult heretics are still of the Church, they are parts and members, and that therefore the Pope who is an occult heretic is still Pope. This is also the opinion of the other authors whom we cite in book I De Ecclesia.
"The foundation of this argument is that the manifest heretic is not in any way a member of the Church, that is, neither spiritually nor corporally, which signifies that he is not such by internal union nor by external union. For even bad Catholics [i.e. who are not heretics] are united and are members, spiritually by faith, corporally by confession of faith and by participation in the visible sacraments; the occult heretics are united and are members although only by external union; on the contrary, the good catechumens belong to the Church only by an internal union, not by the external; but manifest heretics do not pertain in any manner, as we have already proved."
Comments by Jim Larrabee: As to the case of Liberius, which Bellarmine treats in book IV, chapter IX at considerable length, he is there concerned not to prove that Liberius was not deposed, and lawfully deposed (both of which he fully admits), but that the Liberius case does not argue against infallibility, nor was Liberius personally a heretic. This involves various distinctions which people now are failing to make, but are evident to any theologian. Perhaps I could quote this at length in future, but for now, let it be said that, while Liberius resisted heresy both before and after the period of his lapse and deposition (and that is what the quote from a later Pope undoubtedly refers to), he failed to do so for a given time. During this time the Roman clergy "deposed" him, i.e. they considered the papacy to be vacant, and accepted St. Felix as Pope.
For example (Bellarmine): "In addition, unless we are to admit that Liberius defected for a time from constancy in defending the Faith, we are compelled to exclude Felix II, who held the pontificate while Liberius was alive, from the number of the Popes: but the Catholic Church venerates this very Felix as Pope and martyr. However this may be, Liberius neither taught heresy, nor was a heretic, but only sinned by external act [emphasis in original Latin], as did St. Marcellinus, and unless I am mistaken, sinned less than St. Marcellinus." (lib. IV, c. 9, no. 5)
Further, after explaining that Felix was for a time an antipope, he continues (no. 15): "Then two years later came the lapse of Liberius, of which we have spoken above. Then indeed the Roman clergy, stripping Liberius of his pontifical dignity, went over to Felix, whom they knew [then] to be a Catholic. From that time, Felix began to be the true Pontiff. For although Liberius was not a heretic, nevertheless he was considered one, on account of the peace he made with the Arians, and by that presumption the pontificate could rightly [merito] be taken from him: for men are not bound, or able to read hearts; but when they see that someone is a heretic by his external works, they judge him to be a heretic pure and simple [simpliciter], and condemn him as a heretic. Pope Saint Agatho, crowned as Successor of Saint Peter in 678 A.D., is believed to be the first pope to swear to the following plain words in Papal Coronation Oath: I VOW to change nothing of the received tradition, and nothing thereof I have found before me guarded by my God-pleasing predecessors, to encroach, to alter [change], or to permit any innovation therein; To the contrary; with glowing affection as Her truly faithful student and successor, to reverently safeguard the passed on good, with my whole strength and utmost effort; To cleanse all that is in contradiction with canonical order that may surface; To guard the holy canons and decrees of our Popes likewise as Divine Ordinances of Heaven, because I am conscious of Thee, Whose place I take through the grace of God, Whose Vicarship I possess with Thy support, being subject to severest accounting before Thy Divine tribunal over all that I confess. If I should undertake to act in anything of contrary sense, or should permit that it will be executed, Thou willst not be merciful to me on the dreadful day of Divine Justice. Accordingly, without exclusion, we subject to severest excommunication anyone be it our self or be it another who would dare to undertake anything new in contradiction to this constituted evangelic tradition and the purity of the Orthodox Faith and the Christian Religion, or [who] would seek to change anything by his opposing efforts, or [who] would concur with those who undertake such blasphemous venture.
Vatican I, the Council of Trent, the Syllabus of Errors are all ignored by Vatican II and its church of modern catholics. The Tridentine Profession of Faith is not binding on them either. It appears that new church Vatican II and its popes and minipopes can abolish anything they want in their revised catholic belief. Not only can the new hierarchal structure and its "infallible" new popes abolish the defined dogmas of the Church, they can pretend they never existed, they put the encyclicals, bulls, councils and anything else previously by the outdated popes under a rug and walk on it. Such as what they do to Christ. Therefore I do condemn by order and decree of Christ that the new church, its new popes, new rites, new mass and all they do are completely invalid, not to be obeyed, followed or given any degree of respect. On this day of April 19, 2006.

Denzinger, this is a site that you can purchase a copy of Denzinger on the dogma of the church. Sources of Dogma by Denzinger is downloadable. Caution heresy has even slipped in with the Denzinger publications. Tan and others publish it but be more on the lookout from 1965 onwards. You can get it from Most Holy Family Monastery also. I refer any novus ordo to use it and when you do, we hope you leave that disgrace new order church, and practice the true faith. I have taken from Canon 188.4 Code of 1917, a cleric who publicly defects from the Catholic faith automatically loses any office he holds in the Church. It plainly means all the post conciliar popes, bishops and clergy are manifest heretics. They are not catholic, they are not members of the Church. Sedevacantism is the only way to be faithful to the Church, to her dogmas and to Christ. There is no other way and charity cannot bypass these truths of the last twenty centuries nor do I contradict the Scriptures. All we are arguing is in line with scriptures and pre-conciliar teaching. Is the Siri theory correct? Not exactly, even if Siri had been elected twice he lost office as soon as he cowarded out and went along with Vatican II and the novus ordo. He was perhaps silenced until his death in 1989. It does not matter that he took the name Gregory XVII. The Four Marks site and monthly publication are worth reading and supports the sede vacante position. This organization is more in line with the truth other than some of the false traditionalists organizations and those who claim to be traditional catholics. My experiences within the traditional circles at chapels that do not adhere to the apostate novus ordo catholic religion is that many or most traditional catholics are cafeteria traditional catholics. So it is that Christ makes no exceptions to those who attend only indults, or Tridentine Masses in any particular organization and this does include the St. Pius X Society who has not been fair to Christ and those who wish to obey only the true doctrine of the church and the Mass prior to John XXIII revising it in 1962. Such half hearted or no hearted traditional catholics shall not enter into heaven either. Indifference and apathy or merely being present but not living as a traditional catholic with sacrifice and suffering makes such just like most novus ordo catholics. There are many who are still claiming heretics can be popes and bishops and the novus ordo is not evil, that Vatican II is a legitimate council and many other things contrary to the traditional catholic faith. They are lukewarm and will end up in hell with the heretic leaders and heretic novus ordo catholics. You must be in the true faith to be saved, and only in rare exceptions those not embracing this faith shall be saved, but I will not be the one to make that judgment so I leave it into the hands of the Immortal One. This is an extended argument in favor of the sensible sede vacante position we have to take against the enemies within the church, that is Benedict and the prelates, chanceries who are nothing but a mass of manifest, formal heretics and the leaders of a false religion. It is not the Catholic Church. The four marks, one holy, catholic and apostolic church shall begin this valid argument. One that is there is only one true faith, one true religion, its doctrine, magisterium, dogmas, its holiness, its saints, its popes, its rites, its Mass, prayers and it does not change. Who is the head of the Church? Jesus Christ and the vicar is merely one to safeguard that fortress and its foundations. If such foundation is removed the church shall collapse. That is what the heretics of Vatican II and its "popes" have done, and it will eventually sink, that is their new church shall eventually fall alongside with all the other fake protestant religions. One can profess to be catholic but not live as such or adhere to the ageless traditions and authority that existed for nearly 2,000 years. If such leaders including a pope do not follow these safeguarded and unchangeable truths, they are not members of the Catholic Church. They have protested against the truth of Christ. If a pope ceases to be valid or never was valid by masonry, heresy or the necessary profession of faith, oath against modernism and the papal oath they are not the pope, they are not catholic, and are outside the church. It is easy to be consecrated, ordained and make verbal or written vows to the true catholic church and the faith, but if they have no intention to follow those truths they are not on the ark of salvation. Christ said I am with you until the end of time (world). He did not say the pope or the bishops will be with you until the end, did He? Where is that in the Latin Vulgate? Where is it even in papal teaching and any council prior to Vatican II?

Catholic that is, is universal, the faith of the early fathers handed down by Christ to the first disciples. He did not say change up or invent new things. That universal faith remains the same and does not ever form into new teachings, nor does it turn away from its origin for the modern world unlike the false teachers and advocates of Vatican II. Holy, which is Christ, not the head of the church on earth the vicar of Christ. For where does the source of holiness come from, man or God? So it is John Paul II a mere man who was a liberal progressivist way before Vatican II brought his heretical beliefs inside the church with the other dogs at the time of Pius XII's reign. Pius kept some of them out of power until he died. That holiness of the church would be gone not much later with the reform. So if it is not holy, it is not Christ, it is not His church. There is nothing holy about Vatican II, the novus ordo mess, and there is nothing holy about the heretics of the post-conciliar church who promote evil by way of the false teachings of Vatican II. It the apostolic church, that authority is based on the early fathers and derived from the first apostles, Peter, John, Andrew, Jude, Simon, Matthew, Philip... If the line of succession of apostolicity continues it must be faithful to what Christ gave to Peter and the first leaders who walked and ate with Him. It is not evident today nor has it been since the time of Pius XII. Such a perpetual line of apostles (redhats, bishops) must teach and live by what was handed down to them, if they fail, they are not disciples of Christ, but ravenous wolves destroying souls and subverting the Church. If the one who sits on the throne of Peter does not do as Peter did or would have done, he is deposed, he is not the pope but an imposter and an agent of Satan. He is to be disobeyed all the time. We know the church, we know the faith, we don't adhere to false popes such as hope pope John Paul II. The sedevacante position merely indicates heretics have no authority to be obeyed. We will gladly obey what has been given to us from Christ, to Peter down to Pius XII. We shall obey all councils prior to Vatican II. We will acknowledge the chair and office of Peter and his primacy. In the one instance in history a Pope resigned and the other instance the seat of Peter was empty for two years and then there were times of schism and a handful of popes who fell into heresy either by inaction to fight and speak out against heresy or to aid it. One such pope was Honorius, Liberius also was one who went wrong. John XXII as you know but repented before his death. Where is the perpetual line of successors if for the one case there was no Pope for nearly three years? It tosses the anti-sedevacantists argument out the window. Perhaps they can file a legal brief and form a table of cases to bring forth this. We also can file a brief based on the history of the church, with popes, saints, and doctors of the church and we can present the scriptures and many other sources to validate the sede vacante position and still remain loyal to the Roman Catholic Church of non-heresy, non-novelty, non-modernism and the majority of schismatics in the new order church. We choose not to take the broad way as new church does. I have taken a look at some verses of scripture not to deny any subsequent teaching of the Church prior to Vatican II but to point out that the scriptures indicate some facts that never give a definite declaration or any general declaring in the line of the apostles or the pope being perpetual unto the end. That includes Pastor Aeternus in that such authority cannot over-ride or undo what has been established already by tradition and previous successors such as St. Agatho, Innocent III, Paul IV or any other Pope who from the chair of Peter laid the law down once and for all. Pius IX had to establish or further reiterate in the Council and his syllabus the teachings of the church since the enemies outside her and inside were trying to destroy her as they have practically done in Vatican II.

So if new church is not the church then one person is still alive and completely faithful to Christ in the infallible and indefectible meaning of the Church it is that sheep that Christ will take up when the false shepherds all ran or slept, took a permanent vacation for tending the flock or taught the devil's gospel to kill the sheep. The new church teaches a new gospel but still proclaims some truths. Don't fall for the sweet lies or watered down un catholic faith they push on you or you will perish with them. Their lot is hell. God does not change and His laws or word, and the Scriptures do not change. If a church or a leader or any person changes they are bound to fail. We can only change to form to the image of Christ and His will, which is the will of the Father and the Triune Being are always in agreement with each other. No new church is not the Roman Catholic Church, but I must go further the Society of St. Pius X is not the true church either, nor can we claim that any society or organization is the true church. What then is this true church, one in which we must attend a true Mass of 1955 or before completely under the Tridentine Rite with the Tridentine Sacraments and its rites, one which professes the unmovable and irreversible dogma and doctrine of Christ, not the fallible popes of any time or the anti-popes of the post conciliar new age. Men are fallible, God is not. So when the liberals and novelty people of new church want to hold hands, embrace you and start singing a new song unto the Lord don't join them and their dirty popes, dirty leaders and their dirty new order ugly churches. "And in all seduction of iniquity to them that perish; because they receive not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. Therefore God shall send the operation of error, to believe lying." (2 Thess. 2:10). What is specifies is all that is happening and the last hope to lead souls to Christ and eternal life has all but vanished, such passage also indicates that God through His punishment not only allows but sends the new church deception by lying wonders, false miracles, in punishment of their not seeking the love of truth. Such are even many in traditional chapels that only attend the Mass. This is not enough, but to offer your life as a cross, to be a martyr in spirit and if so your blood being shed. If you do not do such or desire to do this then it is sure you will never enter into the reign with Christ and His faithful servants and saints who have gone before us to live as examples to what Christ demands. Gal. 1:8-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema. As we said before, so now I say again: If anyone preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema.

Let the post conciliar popes, the cardinals and the bishops, its clergy all be anathema. For all did teach a new gospel. If ye to as ignorant as you are also do teach and believe the new gospel ye also shall perish with your leaders and your favorite pope, John Paul II. The liberals, freemasons and modernists were present in the time of Pius IX. To fight the revolutionaries of his time the Vatican I Council had to be set up to protect the barriers of the church from being infected with the diseases of the time. It is just that the people (diseases) of the new order church have made the church a social club and anything but a church. If the Church is headless on earth as it has been many times based on canon law and the three points then the church stopped and is invisible between the death of a pope. Or is that something the anti-sedevacantist along with many issues don't want to address? The head of the visible church is only Jesus Christ, so the church goes on with or without a pope present and a body of bishops from one or two points other than physical death. Those points are well established in pre-Vatican II teaching and in authority. It is possible the seat of Peter can be vacant for an indefinite period of time and it may be much longer than 50 years, but may last over 100 years or more, but I do believe by 2020 hopefully sooner we will get rid of Vatican II and the novus ordo and get a REAL POPE to govern the church as Christ wills. For now it is wishful thinking on all our part if you are a traditional catholic.

With the use of a number of traditional sources such as truecatholic.org, traditio and experts in the catholic faith, priests..., I have been able to put this argument together to support anything I say about the non-existent pope who occupies the chair of the vicar of Christ. This clown is to be shunned and be cursed by heaven and earth. Do not embrace these heretics or you will get their disease. You shall die with them eternally. Now let us go to John XXIII. His name was Giuseppe Roncalli. He was sent as Nuncio to Turkey because the Holy Office's suspicion of his liberal views. During his term there, he joined the Rosicrucian Masonic Sect in 1935. By this very act of changing religions he "tacitly resigned" (Canon Law 188 # 4.) from all offices in the Church and was no longer a member of the Catholic Church. However, as with all things Masonic, this was still "secret" (occult) from the hierarchy of the Church and the Pope. He was then sent to France as Nuncio, and it was there that he received his red hat from the hands of the Masonic French President, an unparalleled event. He was then re-called and sent to Venice as its Patriarch and it was there that he set into motion the creation of this false church. How could the Doctrine of Papal Infallibility expose Roncalli for the traitor that he was? "Pastor Aeternus", the Encyclical that defined this dogma states that the pope, when speaking from the "Chair of Peter" on matters of the faith and morals, cannot err. When John XXIII spoke out from this very position in his encyclical "Pacem In Terris", he taught error and did not attack communism but if anything helped it. He spread humanism, modernism and liberalism and that became the magisterium of Vatican II for modern man, unity among men and free thinking. It is incompatible that he could be the pope and yet teach error, therefore by the Will of Almighty God, the protection promised by Christ to Peter was never with Roncalli. It was a sign of his defection from the faith. What then was the standing of the successors of John XXIII?

Paul VI was also highly favored by the Freemasons. He studied outside privately and not in a seminary. His father was one of those who opposed Papal Infallibility in his newspapers. Paul VI also signed into law the many heresies condemned by past Magisteriums as the new faith of Vatican II. John Paul I advocated the youth of the Italy to follow Carducci, a well known Satanist, and John Paul II stated himself to a biographer that he was a modernist. His international actions around the world proclaimed this. He had an idol placed on the high Altar in the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi for the Peace Day of Prayer in October 1986, that accommodated the high priests of all religions, even those who worshipped the devil. Benedict XVI is replete with his own heresies, including the denial of the "Real Presence" of Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, rejection of the doctrine of Original Sin, and support for Evolution. All these false interloper-popes rejected the Christ of the Gospels and placed their own version. Their "Christ" was in fact Humanism, the forerunner of Pantheism, which is the ultimate end for all those belonging to the faith of Vatican II. If this was so, then what about all further hierarchical promotions, the calling of Vatican II, its decrees the changes to the liturgy and the laws of the Church, the new canon Law and John Paul II's new catechism? They are all null and void, since they had no authority, to function as Catholic members of the hierarchy. This is because they all followed John XXIII into his new false religion of ecumenical Conciliarism, a deadly heresy previously condemned by the past Magisterium. And by virtue of the Magisterium's Canon 188 # 4, they too "tacitly resigned" from all offices in the Church, outside of which there is NO salvation. (Unam Sanctam. Pope Boniface VIII. 1302.)

Anti-sedevacantists must wake the hell up and realize that the absence of a true Catholic Pope for 50 years is a divine punishment and to blind the many who have chosen their own free-will over the will of God. Their minds and hearts are dulled, complacent and they have been turned over to the reprobate to follow the prince of the world. Christ and His institution continue with or without a visible head of heretics who seek to destroy His church. They destroy souls, they destroy lives, and the faith of many, but not Christ and His bride. Who are the anti-sedevacantists to say that God may not punish unfaithful? Did not God punish Moses, Saul and David, did not the Jews not get punished? Who the hell and damn tarnation do you anti-sedevacantists and you novus ordo dogs and Vatican II loyalists think you are to make up your own laws and doctrines? God can punish permanently cannot He? Succession of Peter and the apostles WHAT! John XXIII and Paul VI aided the communists in their actions and writings, and gave anti-popes, John Paul II and Benedict opportunity to further the agenda. He also will be the cause for scandal and the hidden Marxism, socialism and new age theology in the world. In fact these isms have never left us.

Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio

During the time of the Council of Trent Pope Paul IV issued his Apostolic Constitution of February 15, 1559. This Papal Bull below also focused on the validity of a prelate or Pope in the event they were in heresy or apostasy.

By virtue of the Apostolic office which, despite our unworthiness, has been entrusted to us by God, we are responsible for the general care of the flock of the Lord. Because of this, in order that the flock may be faithfully guarded and beneficially directed, we are bound to be diligently watchful after the manner of a vigilant Shepherd and to ensure most carefully that certain people who consider the study of the truth beneath them should be driven out of the sheepfold of Christ and no longer continue to disseminate error from positions of authority. We refer in particular to those who in this age, impelled by their sinfulness and supported by their cunning, are attacking with unusual learning and malice the discipline of the orthodox Faith, and who, moreover, by perverting the import of Holy Scripture, are striving to rend the unity of the Catholic Church and the seamless tunic of the Lord.

1. In assessing Our duty and the situation now prevailing, we have been weighed upon by the thought that a matter of this kind [i.e. error in respect of the Faith] is so grave and so dangerous that the Roman Pontiff, who is the representative upon earth of God and our God and Lord Jesus Christ, who holds the fulness of power over peoples and kingdoms, who may judge all and be judged by none in this world, may nonetheless be contradicted if he be found to have deviated from the Faith. Remembering also that, where danger is greater, it must more fully and more diligently be counteracted, We have been concerned lest false prophets or others, even if they have only secular jurisdiction, should wretchedly ensnare the souls of the simple, and drag with them into perdition, destruction and damnation countless peoples committed to their care and rule, either in spiritual or in temporal matters; and we have been concerned also lest it may befall us to see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of by the prophet Daniel, in the holy place. In view of this, Our desire has been to fulfil our Pastoral duty, insofar as, with the help of God, we are able, so as to arrest the foxes who are occupying themselves in the destruction of the vineyard of the Lord and to keep the wolves from the sheepfolds, lest we seem to be dumb watchdogs that cannot bark and lest We perish with the wicked husbandman and be compared with the hireling.

2. Hence, concerning these matters, We have held mature deliberation with our venerable brothers the Cardinals of the Holy Roman Church; and, upon their advice and with their unanimous agreement, we now enact as follows:

In respect of each and every sentence of excommunication, suspension, interdict and privation and any other sentences, censures and penalties against heretics or schismatics, enforced and promulgated in any way whatsoever by any of Our predecessors the Roman Pontiffs, or by any who were held to be such (even by their "litterae extravagantes" i.e. private letters), or by the sacred Councils received by the Church of God, or by decrees of the Holy Fathers and the statutes, or by the sacred Canons and the Constitutions and Apostolic Ordinations - all these measures, by Apostolic authority, we approve and renew, that they may and must be observed in perpetuity and, if perchance they be no longer in lively observance, that they be restored to it. Thus we will and decree that the aforementioned sentences, censures and penalties be incurred without exception by all members of the following categories:

(i) Anysoever who, before this date, shall have been detected to have deviated from the Catholic Faith, or fallen into any heresy, or incurred schism, or provoked or committed either or both of these, or who have confessed to have done any of these things, or who have been convicted of having done any of these things.
(ii) Anysoever who (which may God, in His clemency and goodness to all, deign to avert) shall in the future so deviate or fall into heresy, or incur schism, or shall provoke or commit either or both of these.
(iii) Anysoever who shall be detected to have so deviated, fallen, incurred, provoked or committed, or who shall confess to have done any of these things, or who shall be convicted of having done any of these things.
These sanctions, moreover, shall be incurred by all members of these categories, of whatever status, grace, order, condition and pre-eminence they may be, even if they be endowed with the Episcopal, Archiepiscopal, Patriarchal, Primatial or some other greater Ecclesiastical dignity, or with the honour of the Cardinalate and of the Universal Apostolic See by the office of Legate, whether temporary or permanent, or if they be endowed with even worldly authority or excellence, as Count, Baron, Marquis, Duke, King or Emperor.

All this We will and decree.

3. Nonetheless, We also consider it proper that those who do not abandon evil deeds through love of virtue should be deterred therefrom by fear of punishment; and We are aware that Bishops, Archbishops, Patriarchs, Primates, Cardinals and Legates, Counts, Barons, Marquises, Dukes, Kings and Emperors (who ought to teach others and offer them a good example in order to preserve them in the Catholic Faith), by failing in their duty sin more gravely than others; since they not only damn themselves, but also drag with them into perdition and into the pit of death countless other people entrusted to their care or rule, or otherwise subject to them, by their like counsel and agreement.
Hence, by this Our Constitution which is to remain valid in perpetuity, in abomination of so great a crime (than which none in the Church of God can be greater or more pernicious) by the fulness of our Apostolic Power, We enact, determine, decree and define (since the aforesaid sentences, censures and penalties are to remain in efficacious force and strike all those whom they are intended to strike) that:
(i) each and every member of the following categories - Bishops, Archbishops, Patriarchs, Primates, Cardinals, Legates, Counts, Barons, Marquises, Dukes, Kings and Emperors - who:

(a)hitherto (as We have already said) have been detected, or have confessed to have, or have been convicted of having, deviated [i.e. from the Catholic Faith], or fallen into heresy or incurred schism or provoked or committed either or both of these;
(b) in the future also shall [so] deviate, or fall into heresy, or incur schism, or provoke or commit either or both of these, or shall be detected or shall confess to have, or shall be convicted of having [so] deviated, or fallen into heresy, or incurred schism, or provoked or committed either or both of these;
(since in this they are rendered more inexcusable than the rest) in addition to the aforementioned sentences, censures and penalties, shall also automatically, without any exercise of law or application of fact, be thoroughly, entirely and perpetually deprived of: - their Orders and Cathedrals, even Metropolitan, Patriarchal and Primatial Churches, the honour of the Cardinalate and the office of any embassy whatsoever, not to mention both active and passive voting rights, all authority, Monasteries, benefices and Ecclesiastical offices, be they functional or sinecures, secular or religious of whatsoever Order, which they may have obtained by any concessions whatsoever, or by Apostolic Dispensations to title, charge and administration or otherwise howsoever, and in which or to which they may have any right whatsoever, likewise any whatsoever fruits, returns or annual revenues from like fruits, returns and revenues reserved for and assigned to them, as well as Countships, Baronies, Marquisates, Dukedoms, Kingships and Imperial Power;
(ii) that, moreover, they shall be unfit and incapable in respect of these things and that they shall be held to be backsliders and subverted in every way, just as if they had previously abjured heresy of this kind in public trial; that they shall never at any time be able to be restored, returned, reinstated or rehabilitated to their former status or Cathedral, Metropolitan, Patriarchal and Primatial Churches, or the Cardinalate, or other honour, any other dignity, greater or lesser, any right to vote, active or passive, or authority, or Monasteries and benefices, or Countships, Baronies, Marquisates, Dukedoms, Kingships and positions of Imperial power; but rather that they shall be abandoned to the judgement of the secular power to be punished after due consideration, unless there should appear in them signs of true penitence and the fruits of worthy repentance, and, by the kindness and clemency of the See itself, they shall have been sentenced to sequestration in any Monastery or other religious house in order to perform perpetual penance upon the bread of sorrow and the water of affliction;

(iii) that all such individuals also shall be held, treated and reputed as such by everyone, of whatsoever status, grade, order, condition or pre-eminence he may be and whatsoever excellence may be his, even Episcopal, Archepiscopal, Patriarchal and Primatial or other greater Ecclesiastical dignity and even the honour of the Cardinalate, or secular, even the authority of Count, Baron, Marquis, Duke, King or Emperor, and as such must be avoided and must be deprived of the sympathy of all natural kindess.

4. [By this Our Constitution, which is to remain valid in PERPETUITY, we] further enact, determine, decree and define:]

that those who shall have claimed to have the right of patronage or of nominating suitable persons to Cathedral, Metropolitan, Patriarchal and Primatial Churches, or to Monasteries or other Ecclesiastical benefices which may be vacant by privation of this kind (in order that those which shall have been vacant for a long time may not be exposed to the unfit, but, having been rescued from enslavement to heretics, may be granted to suitable persons who would faithfully direct their people in the paths of justice), shall be bound to present other persons suitable to Churches, Monasteries and benefices of this kind, to Us, or to the Roman Pontiff at that time existing, within the time determined by law, or by their concordats, or by compacts entered into with the said See; and that, if they shall not have done so when the said period shall have elapsed, the full and free disposition of the aforesaid Churches, Monasteries and benefices shall by the fulness of the law itself devolve upon Us or upon the aforesaid Roman Pontiff.

5. [By this Our Constitution,] moreover, [which is to remain valid in perpetuity, We] also [enact, determine, decree and define:] as follows concerning those who shall have presumed in any way knowingly to receive, defend, favour, believe or teach the teaching of those so apprehended, confessed or convicted:

(i) they shall automatically incur sentence of excommunication;
(ii) they shall be rendered infamous;
(iii) they shall be excluded on pain of invalidity from any public or private office, deliberation, Synod, general or provincial Council and any conclave of Cardinals or other congregation of the faithful, and from any election or function of witness, so that they cannot take part in any of these by vote, in person, by writings, representative or by any agent;

(iv) they shall be incapable of making a will;
(v) they shall not accede to the succession of heredity;
(vi) no one shall be forced to respond to them concerning any business;
(vii) if perchance they shall have been Judges, their judgements shall have no force, nor shall any cases be brought to their hearing;
(viii) if they shall have been Advocates, their pleading shall nowise be received;
(ix) if they shall have been Notaries, documents drafted by them shall be entirely without strength or weight;
(x) clerics shall be automatically deprived of each and every Church, even Cathedral, Metropolitan, Patriarchal, Primatial, and likewise of dignities, Monasteries, benefices and Ecclesiastical offices, and even, as has been already mentioned, of qualifications, howsoever obtained by them;

(xi) laymen, moreover, in the same way - even if they be qualified, as already described, or endowed with the aforesaid dignities or anysoever Kingdoms, Duchies, Dominions, Fiefs and temporal goods possessed by them;

(xii) finally, all Kingdoms, Duchies, Dominions, Fiefs and goods of this kind shall be confiscated, made public and shall remain so, and shall be made the rightful property of those who shall first occupy them if these shall be sincere in faith, in the unity of the Holy Roman Church and under obedience to Us and to Our successors the Roman Pontiffs canonically entering office.

6. In addition, [by this Our Constitution, which is to remain valid in perpetuity We enact, determine, decree and define:] that if ever at any time it shall appear that any Bishop, even if he be acting as an Archbishop, Patriarch or Primate; or any Cardinal of the aforesaid Roman Church, or, as has already been mentioned, any legate, or even the Roman Pontiff, prior to his promotion or his elevation as Cardinal or Roman Pontiff, has deviated from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy:

(i) the promotion or elevation, even if it shall have been uncontested and by the unanimous assent of all the Cardinals, shall be null, void and worthless;
(ii) it shall not be possible for it to acquire validity (nor for it to be said that it has thus acquired validity) through the acceptance of the office, of consecration, of subsequent authority, nor through possession of administration, nor through the putative enthronement of a Roman Pontiff, or Veneration, or obedience accorded to such by all, nor through the lapse of any period of time in the foregoing situation;

(iii) it shall not be held as partially legitimate in any way;
(iv) to any so promoted to be Bishops, or Archbishops, or Patriarchs, or Primates or elevated as Cardinals, or as Roman Pontiff, no authority shall have been granted, nor shall it be considered to have been so granted either in the spiritual or the temporal domain;

(v) each and all of their words, deeds, actions and enactments, howsoever made, and anything whatsoever to which these may give rise, shall be without force and shall grant no stability whatsoever nor any right to anyone;

(vi) those thus promoted or elevated shall be deprived automatically, and without need for any further declaration, of all dignity, position, honour, title, authority, office and power.

7. Finally, [by this Our Constitution, which is to remain valid in perpetuity, We] also [enact, determine, define and decree]: that any and all persons who would have been subject to those thus promoted or elevated if they had not previously deviated from the Faith, become heretics, incurred schism or provoked or committed any or all of these, be they members of anysoever of the following categories:

(i) the clergy, secular and religious;
(ii) the laity;
(iii) the Cardinals, even those who shall have taken part in the election of this very Pontiff previously deviating from the Faith or heretical or schismatical, or shall otherwise have consented and vouchsafed obedience to him and shall have venerated him;

(iv) Castellans, Prefects, Captains and Officials, even of Our Beloved City and of the entire Ecclesiastical State, even if they shall be obliged and beholden to those thus promoted or elevated by homage, oath or security; shall be permitted at any time to withdraw with impunity from obedience and devotion to those thus promoted or elevated and to avoid them as warlocks, heathens, publicans, and heresiarchs (the same subject persons, nevertheless, remaining bound by the duty of fidelity and obedience to any future Bishops, Archbishops, Patriarchs, Primates, Cardinals and Roman Pontiff canonically entering).

To the greater confusion, moreover, of those thus promoted or elevated, if these shall have wished to prolong their government and authority, they shall be permitted to request the assistance of the secular arm against these same individuals thus promoted or elevated; nor shall those who withdraw on this account, in the aforementioned circumstances, from fidelity and obedience to those thus promoted and elevated, be subject, as are those who tear the tunic of the Lord, to the retribution of any censures or penalties.

8. [The provisions of this Our Constitution, which is to remain valid in perpetuity are to take effect] notwithstanding any Constitutions, Apostolic Ordinations, privileges, indults or Apostolic Letters, whether they be to these same Bishops, Archbishops, Patriarchs, Primates and Cardinals or to any others, and whatsoever may be their import and form, and with whatsoever sub-clauses or decrees they may have been granted, even "motu proprio" and by certain knowledge, from the fulness of the Apostolic power or even consistorially or otherwise howsoever; and even if they have been repeatedly approved and renewed, have been included in the corpus of the Law or strengthened by any capital conclaves whatsoever (even by oath) or by Apostolic confirmation or by anysoever other endorsements or if they were legislated by ourself. By this present document instead of by express mention, We specially and expressly derogate the provisions of all these by appropriate deletion and word-for-word substitution, so that these may otherwise remain in force.

9. In order, however, that this document may be brought to the notice of all whom it concerns, we wish it or a transcription of it to which, when made by the hand of the undersigned Public Notary and fortified by the seal of any person established in ecclesiastical dignity, we decree that complete trust must be accorded to be published and affixed in the Basilica of the Prince of the Apostles in this City and on the doors of the Apostolic Chancery and in the pavilion of the Campus Florae by some of our couriers; [we] will [further] that a quantity of copies affixed in this place should be distributed, and that publication and affixing of this kind should suffice and be held as right, solemn and legitimate, and that no other publication should be required or awaited.

10. No one at all, therefore, may infringe this document of our approbation, re-introduction, sanction, statute and derogation of wills and decrees, or by rash presumption contradict it. If anyone, however, should presume to attempt this, let him know that he is destined to incur the wrath of Almighty God and of the blessed Apostles, Peter and Paul.

Given in Rome at Saint Peter's in the year of the Incarnation of the Lord 1559, 15th February, in the fourth year of our Pontificate.

+ I, Paul, Bishop of the Catholic Church of Rome.

That means the anti-sedevacantists have no authority to argue what Christ and His true Popes and bishops established prior to the post-conciliar church which is not His Church. New church are protestants. Paul IV attached a warning the same as St. Pius V. Traditionalists better start listening to the infallible bulls, encyclicals, doctrinal teachings from proper authority. Illegitimate authority came with John XXIII and those after him and the new structure of the heretical hierarchy that we don't need to obey. I am a sede vacante for many reasons because it makes sense. Sede vacante still eat, drink, have red blood, still are human, have to sleep, they pray, attend the Tridentine Mass only. Sede vacante think about the true Catholic Church and its faith, they think about their immortal soul. They issue warnings to the blind and that means many who claim to be traditionalists. We all must be judged and the few in the world who have had to make this decision if they obtain eternal life eventually will be affirmed as loyal to Christ and if not those few will say I believed I was being faithful to Christ by following the only Mass and the ages prior to Vatican II in order to hold onto my catholic faith. Many traditionalists have now taking the in between road, but there is either a very narrow way that we must not deviate from or we take the more travelled roads like many into perdition. Lukewarm traditionalists may even have a larger punishment than many novus ordo fake catholics. Follow the leaders of perdition and their visible catholic church of the new age. Follow the prince of the world who is disguised as an angel of light. Pray with charismatics, they have gifts of healing and work other miracles, they speak a language that only is known to higher spirits. Follow the teachings of John Paul II, get a copy of his Theology of the Body which tells you that you will be naked in heaven. His Threshold Of Hope gave hope to all faithful religions to obtain heaven. You need not be Roman Catholic and you can still have some truth though we novus ordinarians have the full truth, we have peace and love and I am a cantor at the 9:30 Sunday "Mass" singing alleliua, gentile or Jew brothers are we, we can have unity, I love you, you love me, that is the way the new church says it should be. Come To The Table Of Plenty, move to the strums of the guitars, sway in tune to the flutist, John Paul we love you pray for us. You need not genuflect here, just a slight bow will do.

There may be Vatican II infiltrators inside the chapels of the Society of St. Pius X. Many will start avoiding those who speak the truth even among the traditional chapels. The indultarians sold Christ out to agree not to fight Vatican II and the new order "mass", Campos sold out, and some of us are waiting for a definite move of the Society in which we have attended their Masses. We want you to tell the Vatican once and for all to go to hell, take their demonic half and half catholic religion with them. It's not CATHOLIC, their leaders and their pope are not I repeat, and you better listen; are not CATHOLIC. Others that attend the Latin Mass sold Christ out, as a sede vacante you cannot sell Christ out or your punishment shall be grave also. When a valid pope takes over we will obey. Until then we defy you Vatican II new ordinarian prelates, popes, priests, laity. Beware of infiltrators of the Vatican II Cult, the new order mess cult, the abominable playground, Rome whore of whores, Babylonia, a double tongued red beast, we shall not accept your marks. You Rome are no longer the Church as a punishment that God can bring and to snare those who believe they sitting on lofty thrones are the visible church pleasing to Christ. Such was Laocoon warning the Trojans about the horse, I tell you in truth, don't accept so beware of Greeks bearing gifts. Pagan catholics that's all they are.

St. Augustine (354-430)
"By teaching that superiors should not refuse to be reprehended by inferiors, St. Peter gave posterity an example more rare and holier than that of St. Paul as he taught that in the defense of truth and with charity, inferiors may have the audacity to resist superiors without fear." (Epistula 19 ad Hieronymum)

St. Vincent of Lerins (CA. 400-CA. 450), Confessor Of The Church
"What then should a catholic do if some part of the Church were to separate itself from communion with the universal Faith? What other choice can he make but to prefer to the gangrenous and corrupted member the whole of the body that is sound? And if some new contagion were to try to poison no longer a small part of the Church, but all of the Church at the same time, then he will take the greatest care to attach himself to antiquity which, obviously, can no longer be seduced by any lying novelty." (Commonitorium)

Pope St. Agatho (678-681)
Papal Coronation Oath, to be taken by all Roman pontiffs, showing that no Roman pontiff has the authority to contradict the Deposit of Faith, or to change or innovate upon what has been handed by to him by Sacred Tradition and his predecessors:
"I vow to change nothing of the received Tradition, and nothing thereof I have found before me guarded by my God-pleasing predecessors, to encroach upon, to alter, or to permit any innovation therein;
"To the contrary: with glowing affection as her truly faithful student and successor, to safeguard reverently the passed-on good, with my whole strength and utmost effort;
"To cleanse all that is in contradiction to the canonical order, should such appear;
"To guard the Holy Canons and Decrees of our Popes as if they were the Divine ordinances of Heaven, because I am conscious of Thee, whose place I take through the Grace of God, whose Vicarship I possess with Thy support, being subject to the severest accounting before Thy Divine Tribunal over all that I shall confess;
"I swear to God Almighty and the Savior Jesus Christ that I will keep whatever has been revealed through Christ and His Successors and whatever the first councils and my predecessors have defined and declared.
"I will keep without sacrifice to itself the discipline and the rite of the Church. I will put outside the Church whoever dares to go against this oath, may it be somebody else or I.
"If I should undertake to act in anything of contrary sense, or should permit that it will be executed, Thou willst not be merciful to me on the dreadful Day of Divine Justice.
"Accordingly, without exclusion, We subject to severest excommunication anyone -- be it ourselves or be it another -- who would dare to undertake anything new in contradiction to this constituted evangelic Tradition and the purity of the Orthodox Faith and the Christian Religion, or would seek to change anything by his opposing efforts, or would agree with those who undertake such a blasphemous venture." (Liber Diurnus Romanorum Pontificum, Patrologia Latina 1005, S. 54)
The Liber Diurnus Romanorum Pontificum, one of the oldest collections of papal texts, privileges, and decrees, written down by Pope St. Agatho with texts that contain centuries of tradition, includes this Papal Coronation Oath, probably already a couple of centuries old, by which every pope since then has sworn as a requirement of acceding to the papal office until John Paul II refused to do so.
The oath makes it clear that a magisterium that contradicts former Magisterium is not Magisterium, for the pope is sworn to put himself outside the Church if even he contradicts what he has received from his predecessors. The ancient papal oath, therefore, foresees the possibility that even a pope may become a heretic or schismatic by violating either dogma or the rites of the Church handed down by Tradition.

Second Council Of Nicaea (787)
"Those therefore who after the manner of wicked heretics dare to set aside ecclesiastical traditions, and to invent any kind of novelty, or to reject any of those things entrusted to the Church, or who wrongfully and outrageously devise the destruction of any of those traditions enshrined in the Catholic Church, are to be punished thus: if they are bishops, we order them to be deposed...." THAT INCLUDES THE BISHOP OF ROME, all post conciliar popes prior to their reign, during their reign and after their death were ipso facto excommunicated. All their edicts while alive are NULL AND VOID. Now the moral and natural law they obeyed and previous stances for time memorial would still and shall always remain. Such as life and death issues, annulments, indulgences...

POPE Innocent III (CA. 1160-1216)
"The pope should not flatter himself about his power, nor should he rashly glory in his honor and high estate, because the less he is judged by man, the more he is judged by God. Still the less can the Roman Pontiff glory, because he can be judged by men, or rather, can be shown to be already judged, if for example he should wither away into heresy, because he who does not believe is already judged. In such a case it should be said of him: 'If salt should lose its savor, it is good for nothing but to be cast out and trampled under foot by men.'" (Sermo 4)

St. Thomas Aquinas, O.P. (1225-1274) The "ANGELIC" Doctor, Principal Theologian Of The Church

"Hold firmly that you faith is identical with that of the ancients. Deny this, and you dissolve the unity of the Church." "There being an imminent danger for the Faith, prelates must be questioned, even publicly, by their subjects. Thus, St. Paul, who was a subject of St. Peter, questioned him publicly on account of an imminent danger of scandal in a matter of Faith. And, as the Glossa of St. Augustine puts it (Ad Galatas 2.14), 'St. Peter himself gave the example to those who govern so that if sometime they stray from the right way, they will not reject a correction as unworthy even if it comes from their subjects....' "The reprehension was just and useful, and the reason for it was not light: there was a danger for the preservation of Gospel truth.... The way it took place was appropriate, since it was public and manifest. For this reason, St. Paul writes: 'I spoke to Cephas,' that is, Peter, 'before everyone,' since the simulation practiced by St. Peter was fraught with danger to everyone. (Summa Theologiae, IIa IIae, Q. 33, A. 4)
"Some say that fraternal correction does not extend to the prelates either because man should not raise his voice against heaven, or because the prelates are easily scandalized if corrected by their subjects. However, this does not happen, since when they sin, the prelates do not represent heaven, and, therefore, must be corrected. And those who correct them charitably do not raise their voices against them, but in their favor, since the admonishment is for their own sake.... For this reason, according to other [authors], the precept of fraternal correction extends also to the prelates, so that they may be corrected by their subjects." (IV Sententiarum, D. 19, Q. 2, A. 2)

ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA (1347-1380) DOCTOR OF THE CHURCH
"Most Holy Father,... because He [Christ] has given you authority and because you have accepted it, you ought to use your virtue and power. If you do not wish to use it, it might be better for you to resign what you have accepted; it would give more honor to God and health to your soul.... If you do not do this, you will be censured by God. If I were you, I would fear that Divine Judgment might descend on me. (Letter to Pope Gregory XI) "Alas, Most Holy Father! At times obedience to you leads to eternal damnation. (Letter to Pope Gregory IX, 1376.)

JUAN CARDINAL DE TORQUEMADA [IOANNES DE TURRECREMATA], O.P. (1388-1468) THEOLOGIAN OF THE COUNCIL OF BASEL/FLORENCE GIVEN BY POPE EUGENIUS IV THE TITLE OF "DEFENDER OF THE FAITH"
"Although it clearly follows from the circumstances that the Pope can err at times, and command things which must not be done, that we are not to be simply obedient to him in all things, that does not show that he must not be obeyed by all when his commands are good. To know in what cases he is to be obeyed and in what not,... it is said in the Acts of the Apostles: 'One ought to obey God rather than man'; therefore, were the Pope to command anything against Holy Scripture, or the articles of faith, or the truth of the Sacraments, or the commands of the natural or divine law, he ought not to be obeyed, but in such commands, to be passed over (despiciendus)...." (Summa de Ecclesia [1489], founded upon the doctrine formulated and defined by the Council of Florence and defined by Pope Eugenius IV and Pope Pius IV)

"By disobedience, the Pope can separate himself from Christ despite the fact that he is head of the Church, for above all, the unity of the Church is dependent upon its relationship with Christ. The Pope can separate himself from Christ either by disobeying the law of Christ, or by commanding something that is against the divine or natural law. by doing so, the Pope separates himself from the body of the Church because this body is itself linked to Christ by obedience. In this way, the Pope would, without doubt, fall into schism.... "He would do that if he did not observe that which the Universal Church observes in basing herself on the Tradition of the Apostles, or if he did not observe that which has been ordained for the whole world by the universal councils or by the authority of the Apostolic See. Especially is this true with regard to the divine liturgy, as, for example, if he did not wish personally to follow the universal customs and rites of the Church. This same holds true for other aspects of the liturgy in a very general fashion, as would be the case of one unwilling to celebrate with priestly vestments, or in consecrated places, or with candles, or if he refused to make the sign of the cross as other priests do, or other similar things which, in a general way, relate to perpetual usage in conformity with the Canons. "By thus separating himself apart, and with obstinacy, from the observance of the universal customs and rites of the Church, the Pope could fall into schism. The conclusion is sound and the premises are not in doubt, since just as the Pope can fall into heresy, so also he can disobey and transgress with obstinacy that which has been established for the common order of the Church. Thus it is that [Pope] Innocent [III] states (De Consuetudine) that it is necessary to obey a Pope in all things as long as he does not himself go against the universal customs of the Church, but should he go against the universal customs of the church, he ought not to be obeyed...." (Summa de Ecclesia [1489])

Even in schism a pope can be punished. How much more for any form of heresy? We can judge the actions of a pope, but because I have all the evidence I need to prove John XXIII to Benedict and the body of bishops are all heretical we can attack them for their evil and heresies. It is our duty to. Such is for the sake of those who have ears to listen and eyes to see so they may not burn in hell with the heretic popes and heretical bishops.

St. Antoninus, O.P. (1389-1459) BISHOP AND THEOLOGIAN
"In the case in which the pope would become a heretic, he would find himself, by that fact alone and without any other sentence, separated from the Church. A head separated from a body cannot, as long as it remains separated, be head of the same body from which it was cut off. "A pope who would be separated from the Church by heresy, therefore, would by that very fact itself cease to be head of the Church. He could not be a heretic and remain pope, because, since he is outside of the Church, he cannot possess the keys of the Church." (Summa Theologica)
(NOTE) When one who is a pope or claimed to be pope and is publically or interiorly guilty of heresy by action or in some matters inaction for the safeguarding of the deposit of the faith he would not be serving the Church or Christ, he is a member of the son of perdition. I have been told by some "we have to have a pope" so there is a visible head of the church. But then the realism about this is if you have a pope to do Satan's will and not God's will whose seat is this "POPE" sitting in? It cannot be Peter's who holds the keys to heaven, for the mortal in heresy does the will of demons. He cannot be a pope or a member of the Catholic Church. What are popes for but to propagate anti-catholic error, spread heresies and lead a countless number of souls to hell like John Paul II did. Dear Society of St. Pius X, what goes on inside thy heads? Has Satan deceived thee also? And you want to embrace the Vatican just to get them to say the Society is not in schism. We are in schism with Rome and we are better off being so for we must hold the truth which they know not but the truth they speak of is of Lucifer. Are we in mortal sin for this "schism" and not being in communion with Heretical Rome? Are we schismatic and heretical for being sede vacante when we have the true popes, real saints and doctors of the church on our side?

POPE ADRIAN VI (1522-1523) "If by the Roman Church you mean its head or pontiff, it is beyond question that he can error even in matters touching the faith. He does this when he teaches heresy by his own judgment or decretal. In truth, many Roman pontiffs were heretics. The last of them was Pope John XXII (1316-1334)." (Quaest. in IV Sententiam).

GIROLAMO SAVONAROLA (1452-1498) DOMINICAN PREACHER (CAUSE FOR CANONIZATION PENDING)
The Lord, moved to anger by this intolerable corruption, has, for some time past, allowed the Church to be without a pastor. For I bear witness in the name of God that this Alexander VI is in no way Pope and cannot be.... This I declare in the first place and affirm it with all certitude, that the man is not a Christian; he does not even believe any longer that there is a God; he goes beyond the final limits of infidelity and impiety." I am Savonarola the Second

GIACOMO TOMMASO DE VIO GAETANI [CAJETAN], O.P. (1469-1534) THEOLOGIAN AND CARDINAL
Cardinal Cajetan points out that the famous axiom "Ubi Petrus, ibi Ecclesia" [Where the Pope is, there is also the Church] holds true only when the Pope acts and behaves as the Pope, because Peter "is subject to the duties of the Office"; otherwise, "neither is the Church in him, nor is he in the Church." (Apud St. Thomas Aquinas, Summa Theologica, IIa IIae, Q. 39, Art. 1, ad 6)
This statement accords with that of St. Ignatius of Antioch (ob. ca. 107), one of the Apostolic Fathers: "Where Christ is, there is the Church" (Epistula ad Smyrnaeos, 8).
One must resist to his face a Pope who publicly destroys the Church. (De Comparata Auctoritate Papae et Concilio, cap. XXVII apud Victoria)

This next argument has always been argued amongst the sede vacante basis. For those who insist sede vacante appeared only after Vatican II, you are so wrong. Sede Vacante is something that could have been or was administered in earlier times of the church. It was just under a different name.
ST. ROBERT BELLARMINE, S.J. (1542-1621) CARDINAL AND DOCTOR OF THE CHURCH
"A pope who is a manifest heretic automatically (per se) ceases to be pope and head of the Church, just as he ceases automatically to be a Christian and a member of the Church. Wherefore, he can be judged and punished by the Church. All the early Fathers are unanimous in teaching that manifest heretics immediately lose all jurisdiction." (De Romano Pontifice, II.30)

According to St. Robert Bellarmine, papal infallibility is a charism of divine assistance accorded by God to the Pope because of his possessing the magisterium, or the office of primacy. Bellarmine concludes that in the event that an individual Pontiff should delinquently lose the papacy, he would necessarily lose not only the papal office but also the divine charism of infallibility.

In short, the divine assistance is attached not to the person of the Pope per se, but to the office that is filled by this person. Therefore, an individual Pontiff enjoys this assistance of the Holy Spirit as long as he also enjoys the possession of the magisterial office. Should this office be forfeited, his prerogative of infallibility would also lapse. Thus, Bellarmine foresaw the possibility of an individual Pontiff lapsing into manifest heresy. The First Vatican Council incorporated Bellarmine's own formula in qualifying papal infallibility. In his treatise De Romano Pontifice, Bellarmine limits infallibility to those pronouncements made by the Sovereign Pontiff "cum ex cathedra loquitur." Thus, the charism of infallibility is a free gift given the Pontiff not for his personal sanctification, but to assure the welfare of others by means of his preserving and explaining the Deposit of Faith.
The First Vatican Council amended the original title of its draft from De Romani Pontificis Infallibilitate (Concerning the Infallibility of the Roman Pontiff) to De Romani Pontificis Infallibili Magisterio (Concerning the Infallible Magisterium of the Roman Pontiff). By stressing the infallible magisterium of the Roman Pontiff, this latter title clarified not only the source and purpose of the divine charism of infallibility, but its resultant loss should an individual Pope regretfully lapse from the magisterial office. In this respect, the Constitution merely defined what in fact had already become the common opinion, as most capably explained by Bellarmine.

For those in the Vatican II new order church and my esteemed colleagues in the traditional church, I with only respect to the traditionalists have declared all your arguments have failed against the sede vacante position. Vatican I and Pastor Aeternus do not box this position in. Perhaps our suffering Pope Pius IX saw inevitably the revolutionaries getting in to wreak havoc on the church and on souls. I do believe eventually many of the traditionalists will join in our fight against the Vatican II apparatus. Stop kidding yourselves about these dogs. We must join forces to resist them, not to dialogue with them. They like dialogue, and they dialogue with devils. We have nothing in common with them. Stop defending them against other traditionalists whoever they are for I also have taken sides with these sede vacante against the false Rome thieves and wolves.

NINETEENTH (DOGMATIC) ECUMENICAL COUNCIL, TRENT (1545-1563)

[If anyone says that the received and approved rites of the Catholic Church, accustomed to be used in the administration of the Sacraments, may be despised or omitted by the ministers without sin and at their pleasure, or may be changed by any pastor (a term that includes the Supreme Pastor, the Pope] of the churches to other new ones, let him be anathema.] I note that Leo XIII followed this line of rites that they are invalid in his bull Apostolicae Curae. It does mean that the new order rites of Vatican II are illegitimate, as a bastard, the ordinations of their priests, consecration of bishops are null, void, and worthless. Their new "mass" consecrations are empty and no miracle occurs by canon law and papal decree of the validity of what the presider does. What we are saying is because such leaders are not leaders, they started a church not recognized by Christ, the Godhead, the angels and saints and those who were ahead of us in better days of the pre-Vatican new ordo church. Which we may not be members of, lest we "participate" in their new church for apostolates, services or obey their leaders we are heretics with them.

ST. FRANCIS DE SALES (1567-1622)
"Now when [the Pope] is explicitly a heretic, he falls ipso facto from his dignity and out of the Church, and the Church must either deprive him, or, as some say, declare him deprived, of his Apostolic See." (A Catholic Controversy, 1596)

ST. ALPHONSUS LIGUORI, C.S.S.R. (1696-1787) BISHOP AND DOCTOR OF THE CHURCH

"If ever a pope, as a private person, should fall into heresy, he would at once fall from the pontificate. If, however, God were to permit a pope to become a notoriously and contumacious heretic, he would by such fact cease to be pope, and the apostolic chair would be vacant." (Verita della Fede, Pt. III, Ch. VIII.9-10)

Pope Pius IX, Infallibility, Vatican I
"The opinion according to which the pope, in virtue of his infallibility, is an unlimited and absolute Sovereign, supposes a totally erroneous conception of the dogma of papal infallibility. Thus, as the [First Vatican Council] declared in clear and explicit terms, and as the nature of things itself shows, this infallibility is confined to that which is proper to the supreme pontifical Magisterium, which in truth coincides with the limits of the infallible Magisterium of the Church generally, which is limited by the doctrine contained in Sacred Scripture and Tradition, as by the definitions already pronounced by the Magisterium of the Church. ("A Collective Declaration of the German Bishops," confirmed by Pope Pius IX) [For the Holy Spirit was promised to the successors of Peter not so that they might, by His revelation, make known some new doctrine, but that, by His assistance, they might religiously guard and faithfully expound the revelation or Deposit of Faith transmitted by the Apostles.]

"The question was also raised by a Cardinal, 'What is to be done with the Pope if he becomes a heretic?' It was answered that there has never been such a case; the Council of Bishops could depose him for heresy, for from the moment he becomes a heretic he is not the head or even a member of the Church. The Church would not be, for a moment, obliged to listen to him when he begins to teach a doctrine the Church knows to be a false doctrine, and he would cease to be Pope, being deposed by God Himself.

"If the Pope, for instance, were to say that the belief in God is false, you would not be obliged to believe him, or if he were to deny the rest of the creed, 'I believe in Christ,' etc. The supposition is injurious to the Holy Father in the very idea, but serves to show you the fullness with which the subject has been considered and the ample thought given to every possibility. If he denies any dogma of the Church held by every true believer, he is no more Pope than either you or I; and so in this respect the dogma of infallibility amounts to nothing as an article of temporal government or cover for heresy."
[Address at the First Vatican Council by Archbishop Purcell, of Cincinnati, Ohio, on the infallibility of the Pope as defined at the Council.]
In drafting the definition of the Dogma of Infallibility in 1869, the periti of Vatican Council I actually discovered that more than forty popes had preached personal doctrinal errors in preceding centuries, though not in an infallible context.
I note that Pope Pius IX also said "I am only the pope, what right do I have to change the Canon"? As you recall anti-pope John changed the missal in 1962, we do not have to adhere to it and really should revert back to the 1955 Missal. And put back that Good Friday Prayer about those infidel Jews. Let the blood of Christ be on them and all their generations for the persistent rejection of His saving blood and sanctifying grace.

FR. ADRIAN FORTESCUE (1874-1923)
"The Pope has no authority from Christ in temporal matters, in questions of politics.... His authority is ecclesiastical authority; it goes no further than that of the Church herself. But even in religious matters, the Pope is bound, very considerably, by the divine constitution of the Church. There are any number of things that the pope cannot do in religion. He cannot modify, nor touch in any way, one single point of the revelation Christ gave to the Church; his business is only to guard this against attack and false interpretation. We believe that God will guide him that his decisions of this nature will be nothing more than a defense or unfolding of what Christ revealed. "The pope can neither make nor unmake a sacrament; he cannot affect the essence of any sacrament in any way. He cannot touch the Bible; he can neither take away a text from the inspired Scriptures nor add one to them. He has no fresh inspiration nor revelation. "His business is to believe the revelation of Christ, as all Catholics believe it, and to defend it against heresy.... The Pope is not, in the absolute sense, head of the Church; the head of the Church is Jesus Christ our Lord.... The Pope is the vicar of that head, and therefore visible head of the Church on earth, having authority delegate from Christ over the Church on earth only.... If the Pope is a monarch, he is a very constitutional monarch indeed, bound on all sides by the constitution of the Church, as this has been given to her by Christ." (The Early Papacy to the Synod of Chalcedon in 451, pp. 27-28)

THE CATHOLIC ENCYCLOPEDIA (1907)
"It has been a common teaching of theologians that a validly elected pope can fall into heresy and so vacate the See of Peter by automatic tacit resignation." (Vol. VII, p. 261)
"Were a Pope to become a public heretic, where he clearly opposed what has been defined as de fide Catholicism, many theologians hold that no formal sentence of disposition would be required, as by becoming a public heretic the Pope would ipso facto cease to be pope."

POPE PIUS XII (1939-1958)
"The sacred pastors are not the inventors and composers of the Gospel, but merely the authorized guardians and preachers divinely established. Wherefore, we ourselves, and all bishops with us, can and must repeat the words of Jesus Christ: "My teaching is not my own, but his who sent me" (John 7:16).... "Therefore, we are not teachers of a doctrine born of the human mind, but we are in conscience bound to embrace and follow the doctrine which Christ Our Lord taught and which He solemnly commanded His Apostles and their successors to teach (Matthew 28:19-20)." (Encyclical Letter "Ad Sinarum Gentem," October 7, 1954)
This Pope of our century speaks of the limitations of his office, acknowledging that even the Pope has no power to innovate upon the Faith, but only to pass down the Apostolic teaching.
I will add to this that Peter the first Pope may not be judged, but in the canon law, subsequent successors may be judged by the church, and by the members of the body of the church for their welfare and salvation. Resisting is only one way to judge a heretic pope. I am one with others who have been solemnly bound to expose them for what they are.

"There is only one universal Church of the faithful, outside of which no one at all can be saved." (Pope Innocent III, Fourth Lateran Council, 1215). "We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff." (Pope Boniface VIII, in the bull, Unam Sanctam, 1302). "The Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professes, and teaches, that none of those who are not within the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but Jews, heretics and schismatics, can ever be partakers of eternal life, but are to go into the eternal fire 'prepared for the devil, and his angels' (Mt. 25:41)., unless before the close of their lives they shall have entered into that Church; also that the unity of the ecclesiastical body is such that the Church's sacraments avail only those abiding in that Church, and that fasts, almsdeeds, and other works of piety which play their part in the Christian combat are in her alone productive of eternal rewards; moreover, that no one, no matter what alms he may have given, not even if he were to shed his blood for Christ's sake, can be saved unless he abide in the bosom and unity of the Catholic Church." (Mansi, Concilia, xxxi, 1739; Pope Eugene IV, in the bull, Cantate Domino, 1441). All three of these statements are ex cathedra definitions of the Church and of the Pontiffs who made them. Ex cathedra means that these are infallible teachings of the Church which all persons must believe in order to be saved. These teachings are not subject to change as the popes in making these declarations of faith were guided by the Holy Ghost, Who is unchangeable.

Pope Eugene IV: The Council of Florence
"The holy Roman Church believes, professes, and preaches that no one remaining outside the Catholic Church, not just pagans, but also Jews or heretics or schismatics, can become partakers of eternal life; but they will go to the 'everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels' (Matt. 25:41), unless before the end of life they are joined to the Church. For the union with the body of the Church is of such importance that the sacraments of the Church are helpful to salvation only for those remaining in it; and fasts, almsgiving, other works of piety, and the exercise of Christian warfare bear eternal rewards for them alone. And no one can be saved, no matter how much alms he has given, even if he sheds his blood for the name of Christ, unless he remains in the bosom and unity of the Catholic Church." (Pope Eugene IV, Council of Florence, 1438-45, From the Bull "Cantate Domino", February 4, 1441 (Florentine style) Decree for the Jacobites, Denz. 165.)
